Todd Lynn Spring/Summer 2016 Menswear - Beauty:

Hair Stylist:
Stephen Low, Creative Director at Neville Hair & Beauty Salon.

Inspiration:
Stephen was inspired by the collection – “it's a bit 'Mad Max' as it's in all white, so we went for platinum blonde wigs. There's a definite tribal vibe because they're all the same – an apocalyptic Todd’s army!"

How the look was achieved:
"30 wigs for 30 models, including six girls. The wigs were prepped with product; there's a lot going on underneath the wigs that you can't see, including tight French plaits and pop-socks that were used to flatten the hair. They were then put on the models so we could cut and adjust them to fit. Cut on a semi-circle, the longer part at the front was left higher above the ear, level with the eye, showing a bold side temple and leaving the ears uncovered. To create the shaved side effect, blister plasters were used. Fringes were added to cover the eyebrows, so it was as if the models had no expression."

Toolkit:
Schwarzkopf Professional - Blasting Freeze Spray
Bumble and Bumble - Sumotech wax
L'Oreal Professionnel - Infinium Hairspray
Compeed - Blister Plasters
