On certain dates of the year we all seem to go fashion-bonkers for H&M. Personally, I never buy anything from H&M until one of these collaborations which seems to invade the world: armies queuing early hours outside H&M stores ready for battle, hm.com and phone lines crashing like when Glastonbury tickets go on sale, not to mention the site traffic on Ebay from the bidding of these items for those who missed out.
The much-awaited collaboration between H&M and Maison Martin Margiela will be available in the UK from 9am, 15th November.
The collaboration presents a re-edition of iconic MMM pieces and accessories for both guys and girls. Each piece is specifically labelled with a unique tag indicating the season from which it originated. These iconic pieces from MMM's archive are reproduced in updated shapes and materials and will be an exclusive synopsis of MMM's 23 year history.
"This unique opportunity to work with H&M will allow us to create something special for all. The re-editions enable Maison Martin Margiela to present its creative output in an entirely new way" - Maison Martin Margiela
